While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. No. 627-05: Using or operating of any loudspeaker, public address system, or similar device between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day, such that the sound therefrom creates a noise disturbance across a residential real property line. Smoking: We are happy to have guests enjoy the patio but just as a reminder this a no smoking home.

At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite and surveillance cameras outside the property.
